With just over 2 weeks until Memorial Day Weekend, the Waterfront Community of Shelter Cove, in Toms River, NJ, will soon be abuzz with activity. Before we get swept away with the Summer Tide, let’s take a look at the real estate activity in Shelter Cove so far this year:

As we can see, there has not been a lot of real estate activity in Shelter Cove so far this year; averaging just ONE sale per month. There are currently 3 more homes in Shelter Cove that are UNDER CONTRACT (Pending sales) at an average List Price of $529,800. We’ll have to check back after Memorial Day to see if and when they CLOSED and at what price!
